DiMarco Construction completed the ground-up construction of a 70,000+ square foot Chevrolet, Buick, and GMC dealership built in accordance with General Motors corporate standards. The facility includes brand-specific showrooms, a high-capacity service garage, customer service areas, and extensive site development.
Designed under GM’s Gunsler architectural program, the building required precise façade execution, corporate color integration, and manufacturer-compliant detailing throughout. The project encompassed significant concrete work, full interior buildout, and large-scale site improvements. DiMarco self-performed the majority of interior construction, structural work, and site development.
