96 Perry Highway (Coldwell Banker HQ)

DiMarco Construction completed a full renovation and addition for a corporate headquarters facility on Perry Highway. The project included construction of a new stair and elevator tower, full interior gut renovation, classroom and conference room buildouts, and structural upgrades.

Portions of the building remained operational during construction, including a basement bowling alley.
