DiMarco Complex

DiMarco Construction completed its own headquarters complex as a showcase of the company’s craftsmanship, capabilities, and design standards.

The six-acre campus includes a 5,600-square-foot two-story office building, a 17,000-square-foot warehouse, and approximately 8,000 square feet of mechanic and service bays to support equipment operations. The project was fully self-performed by DiMarco’s workforce and features terrazzo flooring, acoustic ceiling systems, cloud ceiling elements, conference rooms, estimating and project management offices, and a pre-engineered metal building system within the warehouse and service portions of the complex. The project was recognized with a Master Builders’ Association award in 2021.
