DiMarco Construction renovated a historic 1800s homestead in East Liberty into administrative offices for Familylinks. The project required structural stabilization, HVAC integration within historic constraints, and window replacements that preserved original stone façades.
Modern building systems were incorporated into the historic structure while maintaining architectural integrity.
