Haddad's Building #1 Sound Stage

DiMarco Construction built a specialized sound stage facility for Haddad’s to support professional film and television production.

The pre-engineered metal building includes a structural grid system for hanging props, curtains, and set equipment, along with a specialized acoustic liner throughout the facility to achieve the sound isolation required for movie production. The building also includes sound-sensitive HVAC systems, utility ports for generators and water service, production offices, and vestibule-style entry points designed to avoid interrupting live sets.
