Haddad's Production Office

DiMarco Construction completed a design-build interior renovation of Haddad’s Production Office facility, transforming a former Harley-Davidson dealership into a production support space for the film industry.

The project included full interior fit-out for producers, creative teams, costume storage, script and design workspaces, kitchen facilities, lower-level offices, and a washer/dryer area for costume care and storage. The facility was designed to support the behind-the-scenes needs of film productions operating in conjunction with the nearby sound stage.
