Premier USA Pan

DiMarco Construction built a new 180,000-square-foot facility for Premier Pan USA to support warehousing, packaging, and distribution operations for one of the world’s largest pan manufacturers.

The project included a two-story office buildout with bathrooms, offices, lunchroom, and locker room facilities, while the majority of the building was dedicated to production support, storage, and shipping operations. The project also fits within DiMarco’s pre-engineered metal building portfolio.
