Sewickley Valley YMCA Renovations

DiMarco Construction completed a major renovation of a historic YMCA facility in Sewickley, modernizing the building while complying with strict historic preservation requirements. The project included structural floor replacement, roof reconstruction with replicated dormers and trim, elevator installation, daycare buildouts, and full interior upgrades.

Significant structural reinforcement was required due to deteriorated framing, and all exterior trim elements were custom fabricated to match original historic detailing. The renovation successfully integrated modern systems into a century-old structure.
