Arsenal Middle School

DiMarco Construction completed a four-story elevator and stair tower addition to the historic Arsenal Middle School building. Located within a designated historic district, the project required precise replication of existing Indiana limestone façade elements, including coping and column detailing.

The new structure integrates seamlessly into the original building and includes a five-stop elevator system improving accessibility throughout the school. Structural tie-ins were carefully coordinated to preserve the integrity of the existing historic construction.
