McIntyre Elementary School

McIntyre Elementary School underwent a substantial phased renovation and addition completed in under one year while portions of the building remained occupied. The project included construction of a new gymnasium and cafeteria, classroom expansions, and a full interior renovation of the existing structure.

The design incorporated a railroad theme throughout the school, including custom floor tile patterns resembling train tracks and a caboose feature within the library. DiMarco carefully phased construction to maintain school operations while meeting strict schedule requirements.
