Penn Hills Library

DiMarco Construction built the William A. Anderson Library as a new ground-up municipal facility for Penn Hills. The site required extensive undercutting and structural fill placement prior to foundation installation due to challenging soil conditions.

The structural steel building features composite exterior panels and expansive interior reading spaces. Wide reinforced foundations were installed to accommodate the engineered fill base, making this project as much a civil achievement as a building construction effort.
