PAWC Greentree Operations Center

DiMarco Construction completed a major renovation and addition for Pennsylvania American Water’s headquarters in Carnegie. The project began with a structural analysis and reinforcement of existing barrel roof trusses, including retensioning of bottom chord turnbuckles and selective structural replacement.

Following structural stabilization, the building underwent full interior renovation, mezzanine additions, roof replacement, and construction of a new metal storage building on site.
