South Fayette Municipal Building

DiMarco Construction completed the new South Fayette Municipal Complex, a large-scale civic facility built to serve both local government administration and police operations.

The project included a new police station, council chambers, administrative offices, fitness space for the police department, and high-end public interiors. Constructed with structural steel, reinforced concrete, brick and stone veneer, curtainwall systems, and standing seam metal roofing, the building was recognized as a Master Builders’ Association award-winning project.
