West Deer Township Municipal Building

DiMarco Construction completed a new municipal complex for West Deer Township combining local government administration and police operations within one facility.

The project includes police offices, a dispatch center, holding cells, a sally port, vehicle bays, covered police parking, council chambers, meeting rooms, tax offices, and township administrative offices. The building was also designed as a LEED facility and incorporates a geothermal heating system supported by a geothermal field behind the structure.
